I started Melon Moxie because I was tired of hats not fitting me — and I knew I wasn't alone. Everyone deserves to feel confident, comfortable, and stylish, without having to squeeze into sizing that doesn’t celebrate who they are. So I decided to do something about it.

Melon Moxie is more than just a hat brand. It's a movement: a celebration of individuality, authenticity, and feeling good in your own skin (and under your own brim!). Our hats are thoughtfully designed with inclusive sizing — because style should never be limited.

But this is just the beginning.

I’m proud to come from a family of migrant farm workers and dreamers — a legacy of resilience, hard work, and heart. Melon Moxie is a tribute to those roots. Every step I take with this brand is a celebration of where I come from, and a commitment to building something that uplifts others, too.

I’m dedicated to expanding Melon Moxie into a brand that not only delivers incredible products, but also cultivates community, supports local vendors, and empowers people to feel good in their bodies — exactly as they are.

Starting this brand was revolutionary for me. I have NEVER been able to fit into standard size hats. I was so tired of going to store just to be disappointed. I turned that frustration into a goal of making hats and fashion more accessible. I am honestly just a girl from SoCal who had a dream of my melon sized head fitting into a cute hat. I made this for community. I made this so you too can feel confident. I hope you will join me.
